Returns

The buyer may return his order as long as give us notice within 14 days of delivery. Please write an email to arrange.

If the product is damaged when it is delivered, is faulty, or is the wrong product, we will also refund the buyer the cost of returning it to us. If the buyer has simply changed his mind, then the return postage is at his own cost.
We cannot accept returns if the herbs packet has already been opened, unless the product is faulty.
