After receiving your order, we will send the goods as soon as possible.

Delivery time in Great Britain is 2 to 5 working days.

We normally dispatch the orders the same working day or the day after we receive them (it does not apply to Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays in Great Britain).

Orders are sent through Royal Mail.

Because Royal Mail™ does not consider a parcel lost until 15 days have passed, please allow up to 15 days for delivery before you contact us about a missing or lost parcel. Parcels will not be re-sent until after this time period has passed.

All overseas (USA/CANADA/UE) orders are delivered by UPS within 5 working days.

The buyer is responsible for all the customs duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination. It should be noted that the time of customs control of goods may differ, depending on the country, which may result in a delay of the delivery.

It is also buyer responsibility to check that herbs are legal in country of destination before making an order. Otherwise the parcel may be return to the sender.
